The full assessment takes about 15–20 minutes. It has four parts: type questions, attribute questions, a knowledge check, and a readiness evaluation. You can pause and resume at any time — your progress is saved automatically.

The ETI identifies four core types: Altruistic (mission-driven), Effective (systems and execution), Inventive (creativity and innovation), and Opportunistic (growth and opportunity). Your dominant and influencer types combine to form one of 16 unique subtypes.

Yes. Free accounts get 3 total attempts, education portal users get 4, and Pro members get 5. Each retake archives your previous result so you can compare how your profile evolves over time.

Confidence measures how clearly your answers point to a single type pairing. A high confidence score means your responses were consistent and decisive. A lower score may indicate you have balanced tendencies across types — which is valuable information in itself.

Your results include: type breakdown (percentage affinity for each type), subtype identification, confidence score, attribute polarities (12 behavioral leans), tension analysis (potential internal conflicts), ideal partner profile, Dunning-Kruger gap analysis, readiness rating, and a personalized roadmap.

PDF export is on our roadmap. For now, you can access your full results anytime from your dashboard.

You can share your type and subtype through the Business Boo game, which lets a partner predict your type before you reveal it. Direct sharing links are planned for a future update.

Browse available programs in the Training Hub from your dashboard. Select a program to see details, pricing, and availability, then click Register. Some programs require an application that is reviewed before enrollment.

Pricing varies by program. Some programs are free, while others have tuition. Pro members receive $50 off their first STEP cohort. Education and discount codes may also apply.

Yes. Programs with milestones award a certificate of completion once all milestones are marked as completed or approved by the instructor.

Guess Who is a 20-questions-style deduction game where you identify a mystery entrepreneurial subtype by asking yes/no questions about its behavioral traits. Fewer questions means a higher score.

Business Boo lets you predict a friend or partner's entrepreneurial subtype before they take the ETI. Once they complete their assessment, you both see the reveal — including a compatibility score.

Yes. Leaderboards track weekly, monthly, quarterly, and all-time scores for both games. Quarterly leaderboard badges reset each season.
